Shipping
When will my order arrive?
Each shirt is printed after you order it. Allow 2–3 business days for production, then 5–7 business days for standard delivery, or 2–4 for express. Local carrier conditions can move those numbers.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout. Express costs extra.
Can I track it?
Yes. We email a tracking number as soon as the order ships.
Will I pay customs or duties?
An order crossing a customs border may attract duties or import fees depending on where you are. Those are set by your country, not by us.
Returns and changes
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Generally no. Each shirt is printed for your order specifically, so there is nothing to put back on a shelf. This is worth two minutes with the size guide before you order.
What if it arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item?
Then we fix it. Write to info@technokaren.net within 14 days of delivery with your order number, what went wrong, and a photo if you can. We will replace it or refund you.
How long does a refund take?
Once we have received and inspected the item we issue the replacement or refund within 5–7 business days. A refund usually appears in your account 3–5 business days after that.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Only before it enters production. Email us quickly and we will try.
The product
What size should I get?
See the size guide. The most reliable method is to measure a shirt you already own and like, and match those numbers.
What is it made of?
Heavyweight cotton. Solid colours are 100% cotton in a preshrunk jersey knit; grey and heather colours blend in some polyester. The cap is 100% cotton twill.
How do I wash it?
Cold water with similar colours. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Fold and store it dry rather than leaving it on a hanger for months.
Where is the print?
Across the back, 305 mm wide, set in a high-contrast serif so it reads from the other side of a dark room. The Techno Karen wordmark sits on the chest.
